Summer Days at the Beach

 
We missed out on a lot of beach time this summer.
 But we made up for it and enjoyed the days we did go down to the beach.

Summer is over and its been raining for days, so while I'm missing those sunny days , I thought I would share a few of our beach days...

A beautiful day at Shakespeare Park...

The clear calm waters of Waiake Beach...

looking for crabs

Rangitoto Island in the background

walking in the waves

Late afternoon sun

swimming in the shallows

and leaving works of art in the sand...

      Danni - I wish you would visit - then I would definitely take you to my beach. It's truly beautiful and peaceful there

    Awesome photos, love the clear blue skies! We have had rain for the last two days too so its nice to be reminded of the beautiful summer we did have!

      Oh Kirsty I'm so happy you are back to blogging! I cant wait to see what you've all been up to and how exciting to have a new home! I'm not looking forward to Winter but at least by the end of the year its Summer again! xx

    Your pictures make me long for summer. We had a big snowstorm last week but it has warmed up. I actually wore kapris tonight for the first time this year, although I did have to wear sneakers because there's still snow in places.

    de belle photos les petits sont très beaux, l' eau est très belle
