Distressed Hanging Fish


 Remember this post?  I dreamed of those hanging fish???

Well my lovely friend Stefanie remembered, and she had just the thing for me......


But of course I had to change them..... Yes, you're right..... WHITE.... yes.... again.....!!!

I painted them a dark grey first
 Then 2 coats of white.....

And sanded them gently for that distressed look....



I have them displayed in the passageway.... Love them! LOVE!!!!

And high enough that toddler fingers can't play.....

    I'll bet that toddler would just LOVE to grab those fishies! My boys are 6 and 8 and their room has been 'fishy' since they were born! a new follower, andrea@townandprairie

      Thanks for following Andrea - Im following right back! Toddler luckly has not figured out how to reach the fish - although heaps of other treasures have been relocated by little hands...
